Pre-Production stage

Initial Meeting

Our team will arrange a call or meet with you to understand the scope and complexity of your project. We carefully study your ideas no matter how basic or detailed they are. Successful collaborations always involve clear communication and sound understanding of your business situation. When necessary we study your target audience, paying special attention to what they say, what they do and what they like.

Proposal

We help you chart your mobile product roadmap by identifying key features required for your initial launch and we advise you on how to build a long-term plan to improve your business with our mobile solutions. We also dive deeply into your requirements to establish a competitive proposal and prepare an accurate estimate for the engagement.

Production stage

Brainstorming & Freezing the Detail Requirements

We bring our highly experienced team members on board to brainstorm ideas and come up with a final set of features. In this phase, solutions come into focus. In essence, we take our detailed understanding of your project and start finding ways to leverage the strengths of your business. We continue to explore new ideas as we define the conceptual design.

Wire-framing & Creative Design

This defines the skeleton of the app. Our skilled UI Specialists work closely with you to draw out each and every screen of the app. At the same time our UI designer takes the wire-frames and starts turning them into application designs. We take into account your recommendation regarding  colors, branding element, etc, if any. By the end of this phase you will know exactly what your app is going to look like. Usually 1 to 3 iterations are required to complete this stage.

Software Design & Development

This phase begins at the same time as the Wire-framing & Creative Design phase. Our software architects use the wire-frames to create detailed description of technical behavior of the app. Discussions on caching, memory management, API performance happen here.

Post-Production stage

Submission to the online store

We make sure that designs are ready before we submit the app. All user testing, quality assurance and reviews are conducted within Amudo’s testing environment and using a large community of affiliated testers when required. When all development is complete, we can assist our clients with publishing their app to online stores and making their applications available to the world. Our experience makes this process smooth and efficient.

Support & Warranties

Technical support of the finished product is just as important as its development. Here at Amudo we acknowledge that with the end of technical implementation the project does not stop. We ensure that the final product does not face any difficulties at launching and receives both technical and marketing assistance whenever needed to make it successful on the market. We also guarantee a technical warranty period, during which our specialists will carry out all necessary support measures and fix technical issues upon their occurrence (it almost never happens though).
